Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days) and expedited shipping (2–3 business days). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Pagulayan ships worldwide to any location serviced by our courier partners. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at care@pagulayancues.com and we will find the best shipping solution for you.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are displayed in USD by default. Your currency will be automatically converted at checkout based on your region. Use the currency selector on the website to change your preferred currency.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact care@pagulayancues.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please keep the original packaging as it may be needed for a carrier claim.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email care@pagulayancues.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Return shipping is free for eligible items.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Every Pagulayan product comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, wire transfer, and Zelle. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Contact care@pagulayancues.com as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders within 1–2 business days and will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

How do pre-orders work?

Some products such as the Pristine™ carbon fiber shafts are produced in limited runs and may be listed as pre-orders between production batches. Payment is collected upfront and orders are fulfilled in sequence. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your item dispatches. Pre-orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting care@pagulayancues.com.
