The Pristine shaft is boutique-made in Canada. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered. Customers with warranty concerns are asked to contact us with photos and their order details so we can assess on a case-by-case basis.
