Very prompt delivery, aesthetic packaging and the products i’ve used have all been great quality.
I had a single chalk brand that I used prior to trying the Pagulayan Blue chalk, but after one week, I’ve switched to Pagulayan. The chalk is slightly more coarse than the other brand, and I love it. It is the perfect amount of grit and while it is dry, it stays on the tip for longer and doesn’t leave residue on the pool table. It also tends to stay where it should when I put my cues in the case. No mess! This chalk allows for superior cue ball control and some I’ve had it, I have yet to miscue! That’s a big deal to me! I highly recommend the blue chalk.

I purchased the Pagulayan blue chalk, I prefer this chalk over the other premium chalks on the market. As usual the Pagulayan crew has sent extras. I received the Butt Wipe which I am anxious to try and a Pagulayan patch. Pagulayan Cues know how to treat their customers more than any other company I have done business with
Upon checking the chalk this time it is not dried like the previous order!
