1. Return:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery. 
• Satisfaction guaranteed. Free return within North America. For international orders, the refund will be issued minus the cost of the return label.

2. Shipping and Packaging:

• Return authorized orders in their original form and packaging.
• The return must be received within 14 days from the date the return authorization was issued.
• We reserve the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
• Include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service.
• Upon receiving the item, we will promptly credit your account and send you a copy of the refund memo.
