Return & Exchange Policy

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Free Returns/Exchanges:
- We provide free return shipping for eligible items. Simply contact our customer service team at hello@pagulayan.net to request a prepaid return label.
- Exchanges are also free of charge. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, let us know, and we’ll assist you with the process.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
